Our Famous Dosas and Uthappams
For generations the people of southern India have mastered the fine art of making the Dosa. The Dosa is a crepe made from a batter of ground soaked lentils and rice, fermented overnight.
Our chefs from Woodlands (our restaurants in London) have been serving the finest Dosas in London and all over India since 1938. They are here to serve this timeless traditional recipe to our patrons in Miami.
All Dosas and Uthappams are accompanied with Sambar (lentil dipping sauce) and fresh coconut chutney.
Dosas are only served for lunch, unless by prior arrangement.
